• 1. Specify the copyrighted material that you believe has been infringed, or if this Notice covers multiple works, you may list a representative set of the copyrighted works you believe are being infringed.
• 2. Identify the material or link you allege is infringing (or related to the infringing activity) and that access should be disabled, including, at a minimum, if applicable, the URL as displayed on the Site or the exact location where such material can be found.
• 3. Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and, if available, email address.
• 4. Include both of the following declarations within the Notice:

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly provides false information regarding material or activity as being infringing could be held liable.

If you believe that content was removed (or access to it was disabled) incorrectly, or that you are authorized by the copyright holder, their agent, or under the law to publish and use this content, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following details:

Upon receiving a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may inform the original complainant by sending them a copy of your counter-notice, notifying them that we may restore the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files a legal action for a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored, or access may be reinstated, in 10 to 14 business days or longer at our discretion.

In alignment with the DMCA and relevant laws, we have established a policy to terminate users deemed to be repeat infringers in appropriate situations and at our discretion. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of prior infringement.
